When I looked around for fun Easter food ideas I found loads. The only problem was they were either not very healthy…or not really baby friendly. So, together with Heavenly Tasty Organics we have put together some super baby-friendly Easter food ideas that your little chicks will LOVE!
So to quickly recap the video, all you need is…
fruit pouch – I used Heavenly Organic Superfoods Coconut Squishies
This is such an easy idea you could get the older siblings involved and if you made a few they could be included in your Easter egg hunt this year. I like these pouches as they are dairy-free, meaning everyone can enjoy them. There are 5 ingredients and I know what they all are! Perfect when you are needing a quick and easy snack for a little one.
If you are thinking about healthy Easter food ideas for older babies and toddlers (or beyond?) then how about this gorgeous fruit platter? Honestly, this was super easy to do. You just need to bag yourself some Easter cookie cutters. Mine were £1 from Poundland.
We have mini rainbow carrots and tomatoes, mini cucumbers with Heavenly Tasty Italian breadsticks and sweet beet and shallot waffles (my favourite). Plus, a whole host of fresh fruit; kiwi, strawberries, blueberries melon, mango. It would make an awesome sharing plate for an Easter gathering! Truthfully…this took hours…JUST KIDDING! It took about 10 minutes – including chopping. I love things that look impressive but actually don’t take long at all!
Hoping these have given you some Easter inspo…if you want more…why not take a look at?
Or, to save you time have a look at the healthy recipes we did find over at My Fussy Eater?
